My kind of Town...Chicago is!!!!

Here I am Dear readers, writing about a vacation that I took.... in April! April? Yes, I know it's August, but this year just keeps getting by me for some reason (I honestly think time has gym shoes on, giggle). Well here is the AMAZING mommy vacation I spent in my hometown (Chicago) I had not been home for leisure in almost 4 years (gasp) Since I moved to Georgia. Needless to say, it was WAY overdue, and Super fun!!! Here's a few shots..

I ordered a king, but ended up with these beauties instead. Two beds that I don't have to make, yay!

The Lobby of the Gorgeous hotel I stayed in

ah, Michigan Ave....Home

A quick bite to eat, mmmmm SCRUM-DILLY-UMCIOUS!

Time to shop! (even if it is the window version, wink)

A little bit of CoCo...

And a little bit of Louis...

Fabulous!!!

Escada!!! My DREAM store..

Forever 21, sounds like a nice idea

Enough time to catch up with the girls (That's me on the far end) We've been friends since High school, Love' em like sisters!
You're probably tired from all of that shopping! so let's stop at Bloomingdales for a little rest

I don't know about you, but I think Bloomies is always a good place to stop. More eyecandy tomorrow(literally, giggle) Why not take time to plan your dream vacation. Where would you go? What would you wear? What restuarants would you try? Taking the time to plan is one more step closer....Just a thought, but a Lovely one.

  2. What a gorgeous hotel room, it sounds like you had a wonderful time! I went to Chicago years ago and I couldn't get over how friendly everyone was there.

My dream vacation is probably Paris but on a realistic note I'd love to take a wine tasting train ride through wine country:)
